Stress

Everyone face stress in life due to some reasons. Adults feel stress because they may have problems in their family or at their working place. Students are facing stress mainly because of the projects, assignments and final examination in school, college and university. All of us know the fact that stress is not good for our health but sometimes we cannot avoid it. So, we must not always be tension whenever we face problems in life. We have to stay calm and think the suitable ways that can solve our problems.
