HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

We must maintain a healthy lifestyle so that we can avoid from getting diseases. First of all, we must exercise regularly or at least three times a week. We can do simple exercises like cycling, jogging and so on. Besides, we must take the amount of food that our body need and do not exceed it. Nowadays, people are busy working and they forget to exercise and then they just eat any food that easy to get. So, we must take care of our health because there is no point of having a lot of money but at last we cannot enjoy it. Therefore, health is more important than wealth.
